Naughty Dog invites journalists to see Uncharted: Among Thieves

Our favourite little pooch Naughty Dog recently invited journalists into their kennel to see what amazing things they are doing with Uncharted: Among Thieves. Their tour began with some of the historical mystery surrounding the game’s underlying setting; they introduced the sexy Chloe Frazer, an Australian who is to be Drake’s new love interest – huba huba – and even showed them the games trailer running real time in the new engine.
They went on to show a new game mechanic called “action-stealth” which gives you the choice to sneak up on enemies (has Drake been playing MGS?) rather than moving in with guns blazing. Another very cool sounding feature is what Naughty Dog call “traversal gunplay” which allows you to use your gun during mid climb. Last but not least they showed off their brand new Naughty Dog Engine 2.0 which pushes out more polygons, better lighting and shadow effects and more complex enemy AI than ever before.
