dark void Dark Void ties into real history

In 1918 the USS Cyclops was travelling through the Bermuda triangle (where Dark Void begins) and disappeared without a trace along with the 306 people that were on board. According to Capcom – “it didn’t disappear, it just fell into the void”, as can be seen in the artwork above.

Capcom say that there are many real world history tie-ins, like Nicola Tesla – the real inventor of the light bulb and radio who has been mentioned before. Adding real world history to a game can only be a good thing and while your mom or spouse may argue that you are wasting your time playing games, it’s not true because now you are learning history.
