God of War 3 concept art reveals Fire Titan

Cecil Kim, a concept artist for God Of War 3, posted the above image on his blog for us to feast our eyes on. The image is titled “Fire Titan” and according to the blurb:  “Fire Titan battles against Zeus and his allies.” MTV Multiplayer proposes that this fiery giant may be a boss and Joystiq reckons he is a level. We would have to agree with Joystiq on this one because at the end of GOW 2, Kratos rally’s the Titans to fight alongside him against Zeus and the gods.

This is a great image and we just love the idea of the volcano bulging out of the right side of his back and the wells of lava above his collar bones. There is also a silhouette figure on the top right which we are assuming is Kratos or a signature of sorts left there by the artist.
