Red Alert coming to iPhone

There is nothing like a real-time strategy game on your phone iPhone to help you pass the time and drain the battery. Travis Boatman, VP of worldwide mobile studios at EA Mobile, on Tuesday confirmed that Red Alert will coming to your iPhone.

During a lecture at GDC Boatman mentioned that also in the works are FIFA 10, Madden 10, NBA Live, American Idol, The Sims, Need for Speed and Spore. He also went on to demonstrate a live, playable version of Tiger Woods PGA Tour for iPhone.

All of this is great news but for those of us living on South Africa it’s merely news as Apple have yet to open of the iTunes store in all its glory beyond the two or three games it currently offers to us.
