ive not had one problem but since 3.10 came out when ever i access the xmb it crashes ingame or in blue ray

Before downloading the latest firmware 3.10 I had no problems with my bluetooth controller. Since updating, my controller doesn’t stay in sync with the XMB software at start up’s. Sony customer service says it’s not firmware related. Try telling that to over two hundred people reporting similar issues in the PS3 forums.

Yes, a bigger friends list would be nice, I hate having to remove friends who are less active to add new ones.

I’ve also not seen the option to report and error back to Sony.

LazyGamer posted an article about the PS3 being able to report errors to Sony but I didn't get that option when my PS3 had to be restarted this weekend. My single most requested feature is a bigger friend list. My list is full, and even though, I don't play with quite a few of the chaps, it pains me to remove them from the list. So, an extended friend list would be nice, and I also would like it if the list could be paginated (for example, 25 friends per page) so that it loads faster.
